About This Blend: Cassis is the name of a town on the coast of France. So, I made a coconut, beach soap they might enjoy.  Soybean oil is rich in vitamin E, a nutrient that can help promote skin health. It may also protect against inflammation and help the skin retain moisture.  The castor oil helps heal dry skin and creates loads of fluffy lather. Castor oil, also known as Christ Palm for its healing properties, can help to prevent wrinkles, fine lines.  It contains antioxidants. It is also anti-bacterial and can help fight acne, soothe sun burn and moisturize skin.

Fragrance: Coconut Cassis. Coconuts and currants in a wonderful mixture of fruit combined with nut. The cassis part of this scent is the top notes. The coconut covers the bottom notes. There is a bit of spice and just a lingering hint of sweetness that fruit scents can bring.

Soybean-Castor Blend Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Distilled Water, Lye, Fragrance Oil and Cocoa Powder.

I use only pure, unadulterated oils and butters to make my soaps.  I only purchase from suppliers who test & uphold strict standards for purity.

I'm able to purchase almost 100% non-GMO and Organic materials.  The prices are getting better as folks vote with their dollars and sense.

Whenever possible, I purchase products with the Rainforest Alliance Certified™ seal, because they are grown and harvested on farms and forests that follow sustainable practices.

I calculate the recipes, weigh, stir, pour and cut every batch of soap personally and I won't sell anything I'm not 100% happy with.

I purchase Fair Trade materials whenever possible, such as Shea Butter.  The price is higher, but the quality is also better.

I buy palm oil that is RSPO Certified, because they promise no deforestation, no peat development, and no exploitation (NDPE). See Ingredients.
